After submission, the editorial office conducts an initial screening to check whether the manuscript fits the journal’s aims and scope, follows the author guidelines, meets basic academic standards, and complies with ethical requirements.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to suitable reviewers. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, research background, and absence of conflicts of interest.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts according to originality, theoretical contribution, methodological quality, clarity, relevance, ethical compliance, and academic or practical significance.

Based on reviewer reports and editorial assessment, the editor may make one of the following decisions:

Accept
Minor Revision
Major Revision
Resubmit for Review
Reject

Authors who receive revision decisions are expected to submit a revised manuscript together with a response letter explaining how reviewer and editor comments have been addressed.

The final decision is made by the handling editor or Editor-in-Chief based on the quality of the revised manuscript, reviewer recommendations, and journal standards.
