Responsibilities of Authors
Authors are expected to:
- submit original and unpublished work;
- ensure that the manuscript is not under consideration by another journal at the same time;
- properly cite all sources, data, figures, and ideas used in the manuscript;
- obtain ethical approval where human participants, animals, sensitive data, or clinical materials are involved;
- provide informed consent where required;
- disclose funding sources and conflicts of interest;
- identify all authors who made substantial contributions to the work;
- avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and inappropriate authorship;
- disclose the use of artificial intelligence tools where relevant;
- cooperate with correction, clarification, or retraction procedures when necessary.
