Peer review is free.
Article processing is free.
Publication is free before Scopus indexing.
After Scopus indexing, the publisher may review and update the APC policy based on journal development, publishing costs, indexing requirements, and long-term sustainability. Any future APC policy will be clearly announced on the journal website before implementation.
