This journal focuses on applied research at the intersection of psychology, behavioural science, cognitive science, mental health, education, human–computer interaction, and artificial intelligence. It welcomes studies on AI-assisted psychological assessment, digital mental health, cognitive modelling, affective computing, educational psychology, and human–AI interaction.
Introducing the New Editor-in-Chief
Timewell Press is pleased to introduce Professor Xiao Qianguo as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Applied Research in Psychology and Artificial Intelligence.
Professor Xiao Qianguo will provide academic leadership for the journal and support the development of its editorial direction, peer-review standards, manuscript quality control, and international academic collaboration. Under his leadership, the journal will aim to build a responsible, inclusive, and high-quality platform for research in psychology and artificial intelligence.
The appointment of Professor Xiao Qianguo represents an important milestone in the development of Timewell Press’s 2026 journal portfolio. His academic leadership will help strengthen the journal’s scholarly identity and support its long-term development.
