Reviewers are expected to:
- provide fair, constructive, and timely reviews;
- maintain confidentiality of manuscripts and review materials;
- evaluate manuscripts objectively based on academic quality and relevance;
- declare any conflicts of interest before accepting a review invitation;
- avoid using unpublished information from reviewed manuscripts for personal advantage;
- identify possible plagiarism, ethical concerns, duplicate publication, or citation problems where possible;
- provide clear recommendations supported by specific comments.
