Timewell Press is committed to developing journals that follow international standards of academic publishing. The 2026 new journals will be supported by online publishing infrastructure, peer-review workflows, open access policies, publication ethics guidelines, and indexing roadmap planning.

The publisher will provide technical and operational support, including journal website development, OJS-based editorial workflow, DOI registration support, article formatting, publication management, and journal visibility development.

Before the journals are indexed in Scopus, no Article Processing Charge will be required. This means that submission, peer review, article processing, and publication will be free during the pre-Scopus development period.

Timewell Press looks forward to working with editors, reviewers, authors, and academic partners to build responsible and internationally oriented academic journals.
