The publisher provides technical, operational, and publishing support, including OJS system setup, website construction, DOI registration, article production, publication workflow management, and indexing roadmap support.
This model allows academic leaders to focus on the scholarly direction of the journal, while the publisher supports the technical infrastructure and daily publishing operations.
